Behind a bright yellow door in Melbourne's inner city you will find a hidden little gem with a wickedly good name - Hell of the North.

A charming and uber stylish restaurant and bar, Hell of the North is housed in an historic property that is all bluestone walls and accents of warm wood that gives it a warming and comforting ambience.

It is here you will find various little nooks to hold a function, including a thoroughly modern French dining room where you can celebrate a bespoke event like an engagement party, an intimate wedding celebration, milestone birthday party or small cocktail event.

Hell of the North is available for bookings on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights, and Saturday and Sunday during the day for private functions and events.

The standard package menu is a four course sharing menu available at $75 per person. Function packages can also be tailored to suit the needs and budget of your group or gathering.

There is an extensive wine list that includes rare and hard to find wines, inspired cocktail creations, spirits and liqueurs.
