National Restaurant Conference

Find out what makes a successful restaurant at the National Restaurant Conference. The event, part of Foodservice Australia 2019 will be held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on 24 May, 2019.

Although the conference is ideal for restauranteurs, cafe operators, chefs, caterers and suppliers, it is open to and welcomes anyone working in the hospitality industry.

Part of the speaker line-up includes; Chris Lucas from Lucas Group, Jerry Mai from Annam, Pope Joan’s Matt Wilkinson, Steven Rogers from The Pie Shop and Andy Mullins from the Hotel Esplanade, as well as a range of experts including Kim Wisneski from Rational, Bri Williams from People Patterns, Eleena Tan from Brand Smart, Silver Chef’s Ken Burgin and Howard Tinker from Restaurant Profits.

Tickets are $249, and include a full day of sessions, sit down lunch and trade show entry.
