In an opportunity for hospitality venues and suppliers to showcase their imagination and creativity, the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is inviting “extraordinary experiences” from Victorian businesses and individuals to participate in the Special Events program during 30 July – 8 August, 2021.
A not-for-profit organisation, the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is more important than ever in kick-starting and supporting Victorian hospitality, helping to drive and invigorate economic growth. Melbourne restaurants, bar venues and event organisers in the Melbourne metropolitan area are encouraged to dream up a dining experience that will embrace the Melbourne winter season, utilising its rich abundance of seasonal produce, beers, wines and spirits, to highlight the experience.
A covid-19 safety plan must be in place at all venues for the duration of the event and all events will be required to complete a covid-19 safety checklist prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
A regional edition of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival will take place in November 2021.
Submissions for the Special Events Program of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival close on 27 April, 2021.
