Studio 1 at XO Studios is an expansive 330m² space with 3.5m high ceilings and loads of natural light. It is an ideal blank canvas for events of all kinds, offering unmatched versatility. The open layout allows for a variety of configurations, and all furniture shown in photos is available for use or can be removed to suit your vision. The space includes highly sought after vehicle access, perfect for large-scale activations as well as two outdoor areas (smoking permitted), on-site bathroom amenities, and a full-sized cyclorama, making this space ideal for photography and film shoots. Studio 1 can be hired independently or alongside Studio 2, which is connected via an internal door. Many clients use Studio 2 as a back-of-house area, thanks to its fully equipped kitchen and self-contained setup. This versatile warehouse venue is perfectly suited for a wide range of events, including (but not limited to) birthdays, weddings, exhibitions, corporate functions, cocktail parties, fashion shows, and media productions.
