Studio 2 at XO Studios is a versatile 45m² self-contained space, complete with its own kitchen featuring a gas stove, fridge, freezer, and tea and coffee-making facilities—perfect for off-site catering or hospitality needs.

Flooded with natural light and featuring high ceilings, Studio 2 is ideal for intimate events, corporate workshops, meetings, conferences, or brand and product launches. Whether you’re planning a casual gathering or a professional event, the XO Studios team is on hand to assist with everything from furniture hire and catering to full event styling.

Studio 2 can be booked on its own or combined with Studio 1 – connected via an internal door – making it a popular choice for back-of-house operations or breakout space during larger events.
